Dear Swamy if you wouldnot make MMS as co accused in your case it wouldnot be succeed as it is joint decision and without approval of any such decision no policy decision is being taken.It is a cabindt decision.No individula minister can do as he likes with such policy decision while implementing his own agenda.You wanted to leave him alone as you know he is clean and honest but inspite of his honesty he kept mum and silnetly helped the corrupt under pressures of empress of india and he has committed a heinous crime by abdicating his authority to the empress
